Now we're getting educated about the terribly flawed 1976 law that authorized the used of executive power. It assumed that no one would use it unless there was a real emergency. Or, if there wasn't, that 60 senators would recognize the abuse and stop it.

I called this "another," because I already posted about getting educated to the hard fact that 30 to 40% of Americans suffer from "authoritarian personality."
