From Sharice Davids, this is how a newly elected Representative acts...

Received this really heartfelt expression of gratitude in the mail (not email) on Friday, not sure why it's dated December 20. I particularly like her logo next to her last name:

But any way a newly elected Representative acts is how a newly elected Representative acts, by definition. I am not sure what point you are trying to make with your framing here. Why not simply praise her for her positive qualities as you see them?
