Didn't we fight a war in the 1700's to prevent such a man as trump* from being in power?

He seems to believe the presidency allows for him to behave as an unrestrained monarch, answering to no one. Well, to no one but Putin.

Sometimes being a student of history can make for some very scary thoughts.

Google the Greater East India Company sometime. Most member of Parliament were invested in it.

The D of I was addressed to the King, but most of the evil bullshit came out of Parliament.
