President Trump, senior White House staff head to weekend retreat at Camp David

President Donald Trump and his senior staff are headed on a group vacation -- all at the direction of new acting Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney.

White House senior staffers will spend the weekend at Camp David in Hauvers, Maryland, a rural retreat for the office of president.

Trump will visit the retreat and lead meetings, but only on Sunday.

"Acting Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney invited White House Senior Staff to Camp David for a staff retreat to lay out the administration's 2019 priories. President Trump will join the team and lead meetings on Sunday," White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement.

Was just looking at this thread and we are now in the middle of what is pretty common as a psychological "power play"/"alpha dog" move, but on the macro level. It is designed to publicly establish the willingness to fight for the smallest, most insignificant mundane thing, and if that fight is won, then there will be no need for anyone to question the capability to fight for more (which in this case, probably wouldn't happen anyway because this is enough for the base to remain "loyal" ).

But the potential outcome of such a fight might result in something along the lines of this (per a Star Trek VI scene I thought aboout... ) -
