David Edwards at Raw Story

"SNIP.....

Although Ultima Thule is located within our Solar System’s Kuiper belt, Kilmeade repeatedly insisted on Fox & Friends that the New Horizons spacecraft left the “galaxy” during the journey.

“NASA believes it was formed during the birth of the Solar System,” a Fox & Friends newsreader announced on Thursday.

“Those are ice crystals that look like a snowman,” co-host Steve Doocy commented upon seeing a photo of Ultima Thule.

“How great is it that we left our galaxy?” Kilmeade asked, leaving his co-host speechless.

what they want us to watch (commercials dictate).

Only TV by my dictate, my rules, no one else's rules. PBS is great.

In short, the number of commercials is getting crazier by the day and I'm frankly getting tired of the 5-10 minutes break time that each show goes into, for commercials. This is an insult and wasting my time.

Take care!

often had that problem as well.

Remember to a young Earth Creationist the entire universe fits inside 6,000 light years. They have some interesting explanations for that.

The whole concept of science is lost on the right-wing nutjobs. Faux Snooze is there to pat hands of those folks as deliberately stupid as they are.

And I thought it looked more like a boiled peanut than a snowman, but what do I know? Been craving boiled peanuts for about 6 years!

Won't have ANY effect except to save money.

I work with a person who legit believes the moon is 'fake'. These people exist. If they somehow couldn't vote, I suppose I wouldn't really care, but that's not how it works.
Republicans have embraced this Stupid, and encourage it for their own ends...that we must find a way to stop.

Left our Galaxy...yes because it was equipped with NASAs new, super-secret, state of the art, Transwarp Hyperdrive.
