(5,124 posts)I love the diversity! And they are standing on the shoulders of giants. I loved that so many of them posed under the picture of Shirley Chisholm. MSNBC did a piece on that a few nights ago. Another argument for immigration if you ask me - Shirley was the daughter of immigrants from the Caribbean. First black woman elected to Congress. So many people that have contributed to our great country that came from elsewhere. Now we say, nope, you can't come here.
