Glenn Greenwald Tells Russians Liberals Are Blaming Them As Excuse for Clinton

In his recent appearance at a panel on “fake news” in Moscow, the Intercept’s Glenn Greenwald described his bold iconoclastic policy of speaking truth to power, and then proceeded to repeat an absurd lie told by the leader of the American government. In Greenwald’s telling, the notion that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election came about as a desperate way for media elites to explain why their preferred candidate, Hillary Clinton, did not prevail.

the fact is that a pay-as-you-go is not a bad way to start the new session.

Rules can be changed or broken as the situation requires, but the way they burn money in DC does have to be somewhat controlled.

but only certain things. This rule seems designed to not let some things cruise by unchallenged, and gives the House a few more bargaining chips.

It will not stop, by itself, single payer or other grandiose plans since they can be proposed as revenue neutral. Other plans can be debated better on their merits, instead of as part of the budget.

Bargaining chips sound good.
