He doesn't care who else goes to prison, they aren't him and if it is his sons, he gets to talk about what a victim that makes him.

His experience thus far is that everyone bows and scrapes to him and the worst possible consequence he's ever faced is a fine, which he then deducts from his taxes and makes money on.

Any humiliation is just more for him to rant about and it gives him an excuse to belittle and abuse the people around him, which gives him joy and makes him feel powerful.
