It was horrible reading, sort of like free association in Psychiatry...........continuous incoherent blabbering.....

(5,106 posts)I agree it's "horrible reading," and I'm an ex English teacher. Same goes for "Finnegan's Wake." I've always thought that James Joyce pulled off a couple of "fast ones" on literary critics. To give him credit, however, they must have been agonizing to construct.
