...I have no idea what the circumstances of this particular situation were. Was this your friend's first offense or had they been previously sanctioned? I'm not a Facebook user and never would be but I've got a friend who's pretty active on there and he's been banned several times, ranging from a day to month.

4. speaking as a white person, i've never felt the term "white trash" was bigoted or anti-white.

i've always felt it referred to all white people or that it demeaned people for being white or anything like that.

i suppose simply calling them "trashy people" would make the issue go away, though.

We have all these racist stereotypes about black and brown people that they are poor and lazy and violent. But those same stereotypes don't exist for white people. So they're put into a whole different category.

Pretty sure that's not how Facebook saw it, of course. But it's an interesting dive into the term.

There are trolls on FB posting things from her, Trump, and Colter, etc. and then reporting people who react to their insanity.
