Horrifying. Restaurant workers put up with a lot of abuse, & obviously management doesn't have their backs a lot of the time. The police should have been called & that guy banned from the store.

The guy already had his order. It's right in front of him. Apparently he had an issue with it, or with her, hence her standing back with her arms folded. He grabbed her, they exchanged blows, they were separated. The manager looked at his receipt. The video ended.
