For optics, she has no choice but to attend. My guess is Trump is hoping that she refuse to attend, that is what he wants, paint her as obstructionist.

are happy to fight for their right to pay for the damn wall with US tax dollars rather than demand dear leader keep his word and force Mexico to pay.
