If possible his foreign policy powers, yes he will do more damage at home and lie like always but then his being a servant of Putin and Kim will be at an end because he would have to go through Congress and even Republicans Won't obey a request like remove the armed forces or sign some other dangerous crap.

I'd like to change the rules in the impeachment process! The rules in the senate should be the same as in the House! Why do we need two thirds majority vote to convict?

Right now it's age requirement and natural born citizenship. There needs to be some sort of vetting process or more requirements. Anything so this horror does not happen again.

If we had a better congress, they would have stood up to the President on many items, the wall, the tariffs, pulling troops out of Syria, etc. That said, laws do need to be passed such a president must show tax returns, all investments must be placed in blind trust, no appointing family members to security and cabinet level posts, etc.

And that's without even considering that the 25 least-populated states (comprising 15-16% of the population) elect half the Senate. To hammer that point home, 50%+1 voters (8% of the population!) in those states elect HALF the Senate...actually it is even WORSE than that because in some states you don't even need 50% to win, only the most votes.

The Senate is a bullshit institution, and--Sorry Founders!--always was. It only exists to keep the lid on populist desires (don't want the masses gettin' out of control and votin' for, say, universal health care).

it is not the problem that it is now but NO MATTER
who is prez, it is a potential problem especially pardon powers

Pardon powers must be revised to not apply to any matters involving the prez or his administration.

even with two years of same-party control of both houses of congress, he's only been able to actually accomplish fairly routine stuff. a republican tax cut for the rich, surprise, surprise, and a couple supreme court picks -- which the senate had to go nuclear on to get through.

he hasn't been able to kill obamacare, he hasn't been able to lock up hillary or obama, he hasn't been able to get real funding for his wall, and many of his executive orders have been stopped or slowed down due to his bigotry and incompetence and contempt for the constitution.

he has been able to make a mess of foreign policy on many fronts, but he's hardly the first president to do so. not sure how we limit that power.

his biggest impact has been in rhetoric. there, we can blame the media and the evolving technology that gives him a megaphone with direct access to millions. but not much can really be legislated to change that. the media needs to learn to filter his crap and provide better context. they're slowly getting better. i suspect they'll really turn on him in 2019, particularly as the mueller stuff gets juicier and he becomes a more obvious lame duck.
