1. In D.C. You can always tell if he's left D.C. and where he went by checking TFRs,

Temporary Flight Restrictions, issued by the FAA. https://tfr.faa.gov/tfr2/list.html A TFR is an area that airplanes can't fly through/over for security reasons, and they apply to any temporary location where the president is, which would include Merde-a-Loco. These TFRs are designated "VIP." Since there aren't any VIP TFRs on the current list, he's still sulking at the White House.
