Forget the insane topic and his lack of understanding of the subject but just in Trump's
basic writing and grammar he is a basket case. I know I suck @ it (writing) and that
I make many mistakes but I am not the President.

You need someone fluent in Republicanese. Many of the words are the same as in English, but in Republicanese they are used with random sequence, capitalization and spelling. Trump apparently doesn't yet use an apostrophe to form plurals, but that's probably because he hasn't found it yet on his keyboard. He does seem to delight with his Caps lock, though, sort of like a cat with a ball of yarn.

Commas just, put them, any place, AND go aHead and CAPITALIZE WORDS @ random,
and skip any needed pronouns.
