When is the new congress sworn in?

Is it January 3rd?

And has the current Congress left for break until then? Wondering how much longer I have to worry about lame duck bullshit getting passed.

January 3rd. No, Congress is not in recess yet because they still have the Justice reform bill and a spending bill to pass.
