come here by plane.

flown into the United States.
But those who do are likely arriving because they have a work visa or something like that - since they know they would be questioned at the airport upon arrival.

Also consider: you could set up a refrigerated trailer to haul people pretty easily. Unless they plan to open every trailer at the border, the wall is no real impediment to illegal immigration. It will stop people walking over.
