have to have blind trusts when in office? Public service would surely be service then. I can dream can't I?

3. Congresscritters who own stock should

own it through blind accounts, where they are not the ones managing it or able to direct which companies to invest in to avoid insider trading or voting based on "what's good for my portfolio" rather than what's good for the country at large.

Ostensibly, being a congresscritter means public service, but they always manage to come out of congress WAY richer than they went in.
