I read just now that the Trump Foundation is shutting down, based on the unlawful abuses cited by NY Attorney General Barbara Underwood et al, essentially Trump using it as an extension of his personal finances.
If so, will there still be prosecution for wrongdoing? What are the ramifications of the "deal"?
