If the POTUS is known to have committed crimes to win the presidency and the legitimacy of his presidency is in doubt, how can anyone in the government be expected to follow his orders? Doesnt this situation put all of those people in an untenable patriotic and moral position?
How then can he NOT be indicted and removed from office when following his orders would be a betrayal to the country?

(13,571 posts)....because many of the top legal scholars are advising that the "policy" be tested in the courts.
It's time to write the indictment, release it unredacted, and test it in the courts.
(The secondary objective, for me, is to allow the American people to see all the evidence against the accused before momentum builds for a 2020 Trump campaign. The people were prevented from knowing the truth in 2016 before they voted. Never again.)
