2. Damn! The folks in these areas

have really been through hell with the weather this year. It's really bad.

Hoping for everyone to safely get through this.

3. The folks that were hit the worst by the hurricanes

will only be hit a little with this storm.

We only had one crappy day here in the western part of the state from the hurricanes- and by "crappy" I mean flooding, can't drive, etc.

Now we are right in the target for over a foot of snow and ice.

Most folks in NC prepare pretty well for this stuff- we panic- so, we gas up our cars, and don't go anywhere. Have tons of milk and bread, dog, cat food- clean laundry. And alcohol.

This isn't like the NW blizzards. Not sure why the hell Jim Cantore is here, unless he's hanging out in the pub.
