Although the House could impeach, they'll never get 67 votes in the Senate for removal. He's too popular in the majority of Republican senator's states.

Individual-1 broke laws to win. If he didn’t break those laws he would have lost.
Top of ticket helps bottom.
If Trump didn’t break those laws, his vote share would have gone down, reducing votes for all GOP Senate candidates. Toomey, Blunt, Johnson are all illegitimate.
