They would be horrified if Trump had read the Apostles' Creed along with everyone else. "No creed but Christ" is their motto, and this includes all Baptists, Pentecostalists, Church of Christ (who won't even have instrumental music in their churches because they say the Bible doesn't mention it), various sects of the Church of God, etc. Here's an interesting article on the subject:

Sentiment similar to the other denominations, and there's no shortage of Trump supporters in the COB (though there is very much a shortage in my congregation). I'd bet a shiny nickel Trump couldn't explain any of the nuance of the sectarian considerations. I just don't think he can read anymore (if he ever could).

Growing up a Pentecostal I never heard of the Apostles' Creed. As a Methodist, I learned it. Now, an atheist, I know its history and can say it in Greek and Pig Latin. But seriously, you're right. The Evangelicals might not have been happy had he said it.

I’ve suspected that for quite a while because occasionally he waves his notes around and you can see the font is very large and there is large handwriting. And I happen to be watching when he was handing out some medals and when there was a long shot of the room the TelePrompter with his speech on it had huge lettering. Then just days ago he signed the alleged trade deal with Mexico and Canada on the wrong line.

Then he has trouble going up or down steps, but strolls along just fine on ground level.

He’s too vain to wear glasses and he thinks he’s fooling us.
