Pence is masterminding the overtures to the Bush Family

Pence is holding all the cards to pardon Trump (if Pence doesn't get snagged himself). Pence is dangling the pardon in order for Trump to smooth thing over with the Bush Family, so Jeb could be convinced to be Pence's VP. This will be a call for the Never-Trumpers to return to back to the party and rally around a Pence/JEB ticket in 2020. This serves the religious right (Pence) and the expectation that Jeb can put Florida in the 2020 win column. But, I believe the effort will be in vain and the Dem ticket of Biden?Beto brings home the bacon.
