Yesterday I wrote a diary about Russian state media’s taunt-fest at the expense of our feckless leader.

The scoop came from Julia Davis, an expert on Russian propaganda who regularly monitors the country’s newspapers and broadcasts.

Well, one day later, Russian media (er, Vladimir Putin) are still not satisfied with Donny’s performance. Looks like Don and Vlad talked, but judging by Russian state media’s persistent heckling, it didn’t go the way Putin would have liked.

Pence would like nothing better than turn the US into a theocratic state. With him & Mother running the show. Pence was hand-selected by Manafort and ran the transition team when all this skullduggery and treachery were in play. He needs to go down right along with Trump and all the other enablers.

Manafort definitely did not want Chris Christie who for all his faults was a former prosecutor. But I'm betting there was something specifically about Pence and his past that made him a most favored candidate from Manafort's perspective.

Time will tell!

Manafort is a different creature altogether. I don't believe he has any political principles other than enriching himself. He's a snake and all he knows how to be is a snake. I really don't see his choice of Pence as anything other than an electoral move.

and talk about how great he was, never at a loss for words.

In Argentina the probe was closing in on him at home here with the new Manafort and Cohen revelations coming back-to-back in the week before the G-20.

No wonder he didn't have anything to say. He's depressed as hell.
