The entire Bush family has repeatedly, openly made clear their disdain for Trump. That's not only rare in republican president politics, it reflects many republicans' (not in office) distaste for and disgust with Trump.

It doesn't make a bit of sense not to acknowledge and highlight the divisions.

I've always heard the term for new rich as being Nouveau riche, literally: new rich, which, if I'm not mistaken was what Bush Sr.'s father, Prescott Bush was. I think the Walkers were it hire up the ladder.
