I have been worried that trump will resign and have pence issue him a pardon. It seems that a pardon cannot be issued to the Trump organization and that is what trump's values most. Even if pence could pardon the trump organization, the state of New York and other states will take trump and the trump organization down

Whoever is president when the VP position becomes vacant is required by the 25th Amendment to appoint another VP. So there would have to be no president AND no VP for Pelosi to become president.

If Pence resigns and Congress refuses to sign off on his replacement, both offices would become vacant when Trump resigns.

Now, for extra entertainment: Pence resigns with no replacement. Trump is forced to resign. Pelosi is sworn in as president. Pelosi needs a VP, and selects Hillary Clinton. Once she is approved, Pelosi immediately resigns as president and is named speaker of the House again. Hillary becomes president and installs someone who really hates the Romans as her VP.

4. Trump has killed his own organization and future with his ego.

Trump has, effectively, ensured his Trump Organization will end up shutting down. There is no doubt in my mind the organization is little more than an organized crime corporation.

If Trump didn't have such a huge ego and such pettiness he wouldn't have felt it necessary to run for President. He let the Russians talk him into it and then they made sure he won. Now, when it's all over and they don't need him anymore he's totally screwed.
