and that is not a verified tweeter, so there's no particular reason to believe it happened. The rest of it is really badly written, so it's hard to know what they're trying to say, but there's nothing about any cables being cut in Norway, or Finland.

I suggest it's just some guy with too much time on his hands who has tried to piece together a story from random tweets about Russia, without knowing what the terms mean.

We don't have any reason to believe Putin cut Norwegian cables; and that wouldn't be "to control and isolate Ukraine" anyway. They're at opposite ends of Europe.

In Norway (almost like PBS).

That being said the article in Norwegian says the connection was “breached” and they aren’t even sure where yet. It does not say it was cut or who may have caused it.
