The difference between Trump and other presidents is other presidents were pro-America.
No matter their greed, self-interest, or poor judgement, people knew they were pro-America. They supported the home team. This can not be said about Trump. He is not loyal to any country or person. His only loyalty is to himself and money. That’s why people grieve what is lost with McCain or Bush or whomever.
