In fact, it was probably written by some WH staffer weeks ago at least, in light of 41’s age and declining health, so it could be released when the time came without having to bother Tiny with it at all. He probably never even saw it.

...lng, I knew Trump had nothing to do with writing it. His attention span is not long enough, his "I know words. I have the best words" vocabulary is so liited he would run out by the second paragraph, and it was much too gracious a statement, with sentence structure and complexity that he never shows.
