Special counsel appears to be locked in a dispute with a mystery grand jury witness: Update

BREAKING: D.C. Circuit just announced that the Dec. 14 oral argument in the mystery grand jury witness case POLITICO reported on will take place in CLOSED SESSION.

I know he already submitted to questioning with Special Counsel but, I don't know anything about teh law so there.
