I spoke too soon when I said Abby Huntsman seemed rational, for a conservative

She went full force Meghan McCain, today, shouting down Ana Navarro and pretty much everyone else, except for Meghan, on 'The View' panel. Listening to her, it seems her father is sharing ALL kinds of information, with her, about the comings and goings on in Moscow. Which seems, to me, to be problematic.

I had considered her rational as well. It feels like she is playing a role to further her career.

She was on MSNBC for a short time and she seemed sane. Sounds like she is auditioning for something. I wonder if The View actually encourages this sort of thing to boost ratings. McCain is more extreme these days as well.

She was bragging, today, that she can't 'fake' interest in some of the stories they cover in 'Hot Topics', so she will just let her boredom flag fly. I guess that explains why she pouts, so much, on the show. Someone needs to remind her that the name of the show isn't 'Meghan's View'.

I didn't watch the show back when that Survivor contestant was on (Elizabeth?). I wonder if she was as shrill and monopolizing of the conversations.

a handful of times when the guest was someone I was interested in. I do remember Elizabeth and as I recall, she got very animated and defensive. I wouldn't call her shrill so much as behaving like a fifteen year old.

That is weird about Meghan. She really is lucky to have a regular gig on TV. It wouldn't hurt her to be a bit more gracious.

Meanwhile, The View is starting to sound too much like a scripted reality TV show.

And, I think it was Chuck Schumer that she flat out called a liar.

She's always putting herself out there as some sort of political/policy whonk but when I checked her bio, she has a BA in Art History. I get the feeling that she's just regurgitation what her husband feeds her.

Coming from Fox she learned how to be duplicitous and sound reasonable. But I am always suspious of her. Her Dad is also a member of the orange maggot administration. Do you expect anything less?

I could be wrong about that, but it popped into my mind.

And Abby would argue a point, strongly, but never get into shouting matches, ala Meghan. Today that changed.

Her habit of shouting down people in that shrill voice, and then getting all stroppy with her 'poor victim me' facial expressions really annoy me. I now just hit the mute button when she starts on one of her screeching tirades. I suspect she was cut some slack, because of what she was going through with her Dad. I' went through the same thing with my Dad and was probably pretty intolerable, at times. Stress and grief can do that to you, but enough is enough.

And, yea, Abby has vastly overestimated her knowledge base. And I have noticed that Whoopi does, sometimes, let her know that she's gone on long enough without contributing anything of substance. At least that's my interpretation.

Sunny Hostin is smart and has some great legal insight, at times. My favorite shows are the ones without Meghan. I think Abby is starting to feed off of her hostility.
