THIS is what happens when government doesn't have the resources it needs

The federal government has more than 400,000 pages of evidence against fugitive Miami doctor Armando Angulo, taking up some two terabytes of digital space. On the surface, it sounds like a pretty solid case. But at the urging of prosecutors, charges were dropped against the doctor because the evidence is simply taking up too much space on government servers.

"Continued storage of these materials is difficult and expensive," wrote Stephanie Rose, the U.S. attorney for northern Iowa, describing the ongoing evidence storage as "an economic and political hardship" for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

Honestly I could be better. Life is very tough for my wife and I right now. But I'm hanging in there.

We now return to our regularly scheduled thread already in progress.

for whatever its worth normal office supplies would be purchased off of GSA approved vendors at pre-negotiated prices and nearly no overhead involved on a per unit basis at all.

Government is efficient and Government workers are too, they are not stupid, they are not lazy, and they do their best to serve the public.

also, when I say programming I mean BASIC. I learned enough COBOL to get a D in CS 105 to graduate. I am not in any sense a real programmer.

We need a list of jobs that really are "difficult". I'll start:

coal-mining
working at WalMart

Maybe these attorneys need a career change if they're too lazy to do the job they were hired to do.

This is about not prosecuting sanctioned drug dealers. It's about all those inconvenient facts regarding the corporate welfare system supporting Big Pharma, and rampant looting of taxpayer $ through Medicare(aid?). It's about power.
