They conflate Medicare with Medicare Advantage.

Obama is cutting subsidies to the private insurance plan known as Medicare Advantage NOT Medicare.

It'll be a lot easier to explain it to my (R) friends and family.

Between that and the active fraud investigations, the Obama administration is going to continue to pay off for Medicare and extend it far beyond 2022.
