Cox (D) wins the latest batch of Fresno ballots by 10% (he was trailing by 1.5% there so far), and cuts his deficit by more than half: Rep. Valadao (R) now leads by just 447 votes! More is to come... next week: Kern County (where Cox leads by 20%) won't report more until Monday.
