Surely Trump didn't write it; it's way over his 280 character limit. But it mimics his style and his childish vocabulary and phrasing. Ivanka maybe?

written by king con. He attention span is incapable of writing anything longer than a tweet. You can pick out the phrases he added because it is his 'off the page' speaking style. "maybe he did and maybe he didn’t!" is a flashing neon sign. "... This is a record amount of money...." (flash) "...They have been a great ally in our very important fight against Iran...." (flash) ".... so important for the world...." (flash). And lastly "... it is called America First!" (rapid flash of a 3 inch sirloin)

It is all about superlatives with king con.
