FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 (The Email Law Ivanka Broke)

Ivanka should be prosecuted under this law.

First of all, it's against the rules to use personal email for government business, but not a crime. What this law does though is make it a crime to delete emails off from an email server that you've used for government business. If you remember, Hillary's lawyers deleting emails was a big deal to Don the Con, "Where are the 30,000 emails?" So they made it a crime to delete any emails if you've used that server for government business. If Ivanka so much as pressed delete on Spam, or cleaned out her sent box, or deleted a message that was old she committed a crime and should be indicted and arrested.

The whole point its that the public has a right to see what should be deleted, the user cannot make this judgement and should have known that. If Ivank pressed delete 1 single time she committed a crime.
