Wisconsin State House +8 gap -> - 28 gap = -36% distortion
popular vote: 53-45 = +8
seats won: 36-64 =-28
Pennsylvania State House +8 gap -> - 8 gap = -16% distortion
popular vote: 53-45 = +8
seats won: 46-54 =-8
Michigan State House +5 gap -> - 6 gap = -12% distortion
popular vote: 52-47 = +6
