This guy is as appealing as toast only burnt on one side.

According to Wikipedia, he's a respected lawyer and was briefly considered for Solicitor General. Other than that, he's a partner in a law firm -- a private citizen. His only claim to fame seems to be that he's married to Kellyanne.
So why is the media covering what he says? I have to believe there's something there: either he's up to something or he and Kellyanne are up to something: running for office, or getting their own talk show, or something else. Nothing wrong with that, but don't expect the American public to be so naive that they can't see it.
