Another part of me realizes that Trump is on the edge right now, and the longer he waits, the greater the impact.

It was a strange day, with Whitaker claiming that he won't recuse himself, and also won't interfere with Mueller, and Lindsey Graham claiming he (Whitaker) "hasn't spoken with Trump about Mueller" (which I don't believe for a second).

But it's going to be whatever it's going to be, whenever it happens. We'll all be sitting here doing our thing, and out of nowhere, will come "THE" headline.
