Consider that if you subscribed to a service for self driving cars to take you to and from work, you might be more inclined to live further from work since you'd now be able to do what you want while riding. Maybe I live 2 hours from my job, well that's not as huge of a deal if I'm not driving, I can nap on the way to work, and on the way home I can unwind, catch up on the news, or maybe even continue working.
Also, these cars will eventually have black out windows.
