It's no coincidence that trump & mcconnell both used the term 'presidential harassment'

this will be their mantra for the next two years.

The Correct term is CONGRESSIONAL OVERSIGHT.

Congressional oversight is oversight by the United States Congress over the Executive Branch, including the numerous U.S. federal agencies. Congressional oversight includes the review, monitoring, and supervision of federal agencies, programs, activities, and policy implementation.[1] Congress exercises this power largely through its congressional committee system. Oversight also occurs in a wide variety of congressional activities and contexts. These include authorization, appropriations, investigative, and legislative hearings by standing committees; specialized investigations by select committees; and reviews and studies by congressional support agencies and staff.

Congress’s oversight authority derives from its “implied” powers in the Constitution, public laws, and House and Senate rules. It is an integral part of the American system of checks and balances.

CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY, a duty which to date the GOP have purposely refused to live up to.

Every time a Rapeblican tries to complain at what the Dems are doing, I think it should be turned back around on them, that they had an identical OBLIGATION and FAILED to perform it. Democrats are just doing what they are REQUIRED to do, and the fact that their actions differ from prior Repuke majority actions is a black mark against the GOP, not the Dems. Keep Repukes on their back foot about their failure to perform oversight previously instead of arguing about the legitimacy of Dem oversight today.

If they have done nothing wrong the oversight hearings will find nothing and we all go on with our lives. So what are they worried about since all the drumpf/Russia stuff is just fake news completely made up by CNN?

Likely Kellyanne. She is pretty deft at that crap.

Trump isn’t the only one who uses it anymore.

Maybe that’s one of the reason he looks so sour and curdled lately.

They are the only true believers and they will never turn their backs on him. They are also the minority, so the rest of us can and did counterbalance him in this midterm election.

We just have to treat them as the enemy of Democracy which they are.

That is what "presidential harassment" really is and the nation is getting sick and tired of it. He harassed Cali fire victims, Puerto Rican hurricane victims, war hero, Inte community, FBI agents, families of military killed in action, and dead activists as well as victims of mass shootings. He is the HARASSER-IN-CHIEF!!!
