Ann Romney as a first lady??? She seems like an annoying, arrogant, rude woman to me.

Now, I am basing it on a handful of TV interviews, but I do not like what I have seen so far.

Another reason not to vote for Romney. Like we need any more reasons.

She's a huge bitch. Take all that money away from her and what you have left is a jowly bleached blond with a BA in French from (surprise) Brigham Young who knows how to shovel horseshit. That last talent is what makes her so useful on the campaign trail.

I can't recall having a big problem with any First Lady regardless of party. Some might have been a little aloof but most seemed like nice and decent people to me.

She's the least likable of all of them that I can recall.

Remember "But why should we hear about body bags and deaths, and how many, what day it's gonna happen, and how many this or that or what do you suppose? Or, I mean, it's not relevant. So, why should I waste my beautiful mind on something like that, and watch him suffer."

Or "Almost everyone I've talked to says, 'We're gonna move to Houston.' What I'm hearing, which is sort of scary, is they all want to stay in Texas... Everybody is so overwhelmed by the hospitality, and so many of the people in the arenas here, you know, were underprivileged anyway, so this (as she chuckles slightly) is working very well for them."

But I'll grant you that Babs has always had a grande dame snottiness about her that's almost endearing. Ann, in contrast, is just high-level white trash.

Her looks change dramatically. Is it make-up or lighting, botox wearing out? Line around her top lip looks like she smokes but that's just pure ass-umption on my part.

Someone on DU said it's because of the MS but I also thought I read that her type of MS is mild and in remission.

I think she's a hateful, selfish person but she could be also be a Stepford wife type or maybe none of those things.

She still does herself up (or requires the little person who has to do her up) like she was 25, and she's too old for that style of makeup. There are WAY too many recent pictures of her wearing charcoal shadow--the last thing she should even think of wearing.

There's also the part about her hating poor people, who to Ann Romney is anyone with less than $150 million in liquid assets.
