(53,061 posts)1. FL Senator and Governor appear to qualify for recounts
GA Governor
We appear to need about 20k for a runoff.
Last I saw was that there was 90K still uncounted in GA

That is good news!

Florida.
Realistically recounts never turn more than a few hundred votes unless there were lots of provisional ballot rejections.
A runoff one on one with Kemp is winnable, AND he resigned as SOS so he won't be able to interfere with the runoff election.

His resignation may help Abrams...perfect!

(53,061 posts)5. Fortune says they only need 17,000 votes News 9 says there are about 25,000 ballots that could be
counted
http://fortune.com/2018/11/07/georgia-governor-election-results-2018-runoff-abrams-kemp/
approximately 25,000 ballots need to be counted
including 22,000 provisional which normally break for Dems but we don't know how many will make it through
and finally there is likely to be lawsuits about illegal suppression of ballots
