I've been lucky to be healthy. Not everything works as well as it used to. But, eh hem, the important stuff does.

At my last physical my resting heart rate was like 57- 58 or so. I asked my doc abt it.cause, although i know that's pretty darn good, that is the slowest it's ever been.

He said, dont worry. Let me know if it gets below 25.
