Fox News Judge Andrew Napolitano today questioned the motivation by the firing of Attorney General Jeff Sessions today.

And Napolitano told Shepard Smith the motivation here is important:
The president can fire an Attorney General for almost any reason, but not for an improper purpose. He cannot fire him if the purpose of the firing is to shake up the leadership of the Justice Department in order to interfere with a criminal investigation that the President wants to interfere with. Now, the person who is now running the Justice Department told CNN
the best way to take care of Mueller is to dry up his funds. If that is the reason for which Mr. Whitaker is now the Acting Attorney General of the United States, Mr. Whitaker himself could be in the crosshairs of Bob Mueller.
If the firing was indeed done to place someone adverse to the existence of the Mueller investigation in charge who wants to dry it up by the shrinking its budget, that would be an improper purpose.
And after Smith read from a report confirming that Whitaker will take over supervising the Mueller probe, Napoilitano said, This is being done by a person who said, Lets dry him up by shrinking his budget. Beginning to look more and more to me, Shepnefarious.
