Aaron Rupar Retweeted Sen. Susan Collins
Worth remembering that Collins, who now frets about lack of check on Trump, voted last month in favor of lifetime SCOTUS appointment for Trump nominee who believes POTUS is above the law.

It is imperative that the Administration not impede the Mueller investigation. Im concerned Rod Rosenstein will no longer be overseeing the probe. Special Counsel Mueller must be allowed to complete his work without interferenceregardless of who is AG.

Earlier this year, we passed S.2644, the Special Counsel Independence and Integrity Act, out of the Senate Judiciary Committee. The bill would safeguard Robert Muellers investigation. Leader McConnell should bring the bill to the Senate floor as soon as possible

(4,723 posts)A word of advice I desperately hope you'll take. Your party has taken senate seats from Democrats. You know, those people who actually DO SOMETHING to stop your party's fascism? Votes aren't going to be all that close anymore. You thus no longer need to keep putting on these formulaic little dramatizations for entertainment of the American public. You know the ones, where you pretend to have a conscience and that you might do the right thing for once, only to once again side with the fascists. Save chewing up the scenery to Lindsey Graham, Susan. His performances are far more entertaining than yours.

(2,795 posts)Will she talk with any republican colleagues or dems about passing some legislation to protect the investigation? Or will she just be concerned and make sure we are all well aware of how concerned she is?
I'm going with the latter.
