Its a privilege to vote and Im willing to wait in line for an hr or even 2. However, 1 out 4 functional scanners at the polls for tens of thousands of voters makes it challenging. The voting system needs a total redesign. #MidtermElections2018

In some locations, it's no doubt intentional voter suppression. But in other places it's just utter incompetence.

if I recall, at least in the primaries. Some smart ,local politician should run on fixing the system.
