I hope Mueller is ready

A lot of people are saying it may just be around two weeks after the
election that Mueller will release his report.

Hoping this is true.

In fact I think Trumpies are setting up this expectation of "soon" so they can complain it is taking too long and needs to be shut down.

Sherman is great, but I really need to caution folks on this story: this isn't how this works. Mueller will issue his report when he's completed his indictments, and—as even the Trump camp concedes—he has a number of big ones left. We're months from any final report from Mueller.

2/ For a year it has been Team Trump's strategy to pretend Mueller is just a week from finishing his work. They do this to imply there are no surprises coming and so they can complain about the length of the investigation if in fact—as they know will happen—Mueller keeps working.

Far less complex investigations have taken many years to complete.
