This is what panic looks like

Romney is on the breaking point. He's already had to cancel campaign appearances (though not fundraisers!) because of exhaustion. He's used to being surrounded by yes-men who tell him he's wonderful. Now that Obama fellow (and even critics on his own side) has the temerity to talk about him!

The president's campaign has put out a campaign that's talking about me and attacking me. I think it's just demeaning to the nature of the process, particularly when we face the kinds of challenges we face.

It's so demeaning to elections to have candidates talk about each other! Of course, it wasn't demeaning when Romney accused Obama of not being American. That part was as perfectly all right as was insulting the British prime minister, the cookies at a campaign stop, and the ponchos worn by NASCAR fans. That's just Mitt being Mitt (IOW, a dick). But to have other people talk about you? That can't stand!

Thus Romney is on his epic hissy fit today, frazzled and, yes, unhinged. It's only mid-August, and he's already lost his composure and spewed crazy shit.

People who are winning don't act like Mitt Romney is currently acting. If you want to see how winners act, just look at President Barack Obama.

He wants to change the rules now?

Good luck with that buddy.

Romney's stand on social issues is in question, his stand on defense is at issue, his stand on running a nation is like running a business is in question, his vulture captialist ethics is in question, his previous statements (letting them go bankrupt, Shut down Planned Parenthood, Can't show taxes because 'they' will use it againse me, type statements) is in question. Romney's health care bill walk back is in question, his stand on abortion wal back is in question.

REALLY Romney, what ARE we supposed to be talking about while you trash talk Obama and spoon feed lies to the public?

So whydafuck are you running for President, ya douche? Obama is just telling the truth, and you just feel the burn, and can't do anything about it except tell more lies, Mitt. So STFU!

4. What exactly was he asking for a a week or two ago about agreeing not to talk about something?

The way I read it, he actually wanted Obama to agree to not talk about something - not family or whatever, which neither of them are doing, but his business experience? Was it as cut and dry as that? Mitt asking the president to a gentleman's agreement about not discussing Mitt's business experience, or was there more to it?

Apparently, I used to tattle to my parents that my brother was looking at me. Of course I was five years old. This is just pathetic.

Ann already told you. It's their turn. Don't hog the presidency, give the RMoney's their due.

Unbelievable, these entitled wannabes. Like the bullies on a 5th grade playground who've talked mean about all their classmates, then when the tables turn, they cry to an authority figure about how unfair they're being treated.

Grow up or give up, Willard!

If they didn't want to look so foolish the least they could
do would be to make an effort to get their shit together.
It looks like Mittens didn't have the guts or the wisdom
to choose his own running mate but had to take one that
was forced on him instead.

but...

They HAVE TO BE throwing this election. Mitt Romney??? against Barack Obama??? Are they kidding themselves?

Maybe because our news is different, our culture, our society, whatever you want to call it, but as a Canadian, I and loads of other Canucks cannot figure this out.

This man is freaking scary. Delusional, warped, all the adjectives fit. Would Americans really vote for the type of 'man' who is trying to destroy their lives? He's all about profit, profit, profit. At what point do people stand up and say enough??? How can people vote for a man who is clearly against 99% of the population he is supposed to lead?

I cannot wrap my head around this. He should have been laughed off the stage months ago...

One question I would love to see asked to him:

"Mr. Romney - as a devout Mormon, would you be willing to let someone shoot you in the gonads in order to show the world your magic underwear is bullet proof?"

"Mr. Romney - where do you see the manufacturing sector in 5 years in the US?"

" Mr. Romney - where are your friggin tax returns? Doesn't your unwillingness to be open about your financial dealings indicate that you are hiding something?"

This man should have been politically destroyed months ago.

And another thing... if this election is even close, I mean something like 60-40 for Obama, you Americans need to take to the streets. To me, this is a clear sign that your elections are compromised. No sane person votes for Romney - PERIOD. It is going to be an epic a$$-kicking in November for Obama. Epic. Can;t understand how any polls can show anything but this...

Sorry for the rant - I just can't see how this election can be close.
